Make Your Own – Jewelry Transport Container

Yay!  You did it!  You booked a home party for this coming weekend!

You are way super excited, but you start to wonder….

How the heck am I going to get my Paparazzi Accessories to this party??

What if I showed you a way to carry 160 pieces of Paparazzi Accessories easily?

With just a few supplies, you can create your very own storage/transport tub to bring your Paparazzi anywhere!!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 58-qt. Sterilite container – Walmart sells them for about $5

2 1/2″ X 36″ wooden dowels – again, Walmart for the win on these…check the craft section!  You’ll be using 2 of these!

8 Twirl-A-Tie holders – Grab them on Amazon for the best deal – if you have Prime(Try Amazon Prime 30-Day Free Trial), you’ll get FREE 2-day shipping!

8 1-Gallon plastic bags – Any brand will work!  I buy mine at Dollar Tree!

1/2 Inch drill bit

Now that you have all of your materials together, it’s time to get to work putting it all together!

  1. Drill 4 holes in the container using the 1/2″ drill bit.  You want these to be a couple inches from each side, and spaced evenly on both sides of the container. I drilled mine from the inside out in order to maintain the integrity of the container!
  2. Insert the 1/2″ dowel across the length of the container.  If they stick out too far, use a hand saw to cut off the excess.
  3. Put your Twirl-A-Ties together, and hand your jewelry on them.  Each one holds 20 pieces!
  4. Place the bottom of the jewelry on the twirl-a-tie into a gallon plastic bag, and then hand the twirl-a-tie on one of the wooden dowels!

That’s all there is to it!  You can fit 4 Twirl-A-Ties on each side of the container, for a total of 8!

That is 160 pieces of jewelry easily and safely stored for transport!

If you like this storage idea, please be sure to share it with your teams!!
